5. Warranty Policy:
5.1. AlunaDMA provides a one-month warranty for tier 1 & tier 2 firmware purchases, and a three-month warranty for tier 3.
5.2. Warranty covers replacement or repair of firmware that does not function on initial setup.
5.3. Warranty includes support if your device is blocked due to firmware issues.
5.4. Warranty does NOT cover account bans unless the ban is directly caused by a fault in our firmware and occurs within the warranty period.
5.5. After the warranty period, you are responsible for your firmware. Lost firmware can be regenerated for a fee.
5.6. We do not support DMA cards or systems not purchased from AlunaDMA.
6. Support Policy:
6.1. Initial support is provided for flashing and setup until a successful speed test is completed and firmware is confirmed functional.
6.2. Additional support beyond this point is at AlunaDMA’s discretion.
6.3. Ensure your DMA card works before buying firmware. We do not troubleshoot cards or systems not bought from us.

7.1. Follow Discord’s Community Guidelines.
7.2. No advertising of any kind is allowed.
7.3. Leaking or exposing customer information (IGN, social media, or personal data) is strictly forbidden.
7.4. Violations will result in a ban and immediate voiding of any existing warranties.
